Shipping policy

MyGlassStyle provides local delivery of tempered glass shower doors, hardware, and related products within the state of New Jersey only. We do not offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and we do not ship products outside New Jersey.

 

1. Delivery Area (New Jersey Only)

We provide delivery and installation services within an 80-mile radius of 08701 (Lakewood, NJ).

Delivery is available to both residential and commercial addresses inside the State of New Jersey.
If an address is outside our NJ delivery range, checkout will not be available.

 

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance (mileage) from our location and will be shown at checkout when eligible.

Customers will see only the delivery option that matches their address, based on distance.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been placed or dispatched, because this is a custom-made product. All sales are final.

 

3. Delivery Scheduling

After placing your order, MyGlassStyle will contact you to:

  • Confirm product details
  • Schedule a delivery day & time
  • Coordinate installation (if ordered)

Delivery is typically scheduled within 2–5 business days after product arrival from our supplier.

 

4. Installation Services (Optional)

Customers may choose:

  • Product-only delivery, or
  • Delivery + Professional Installation

Installation fees are shown at checkout or in the service estimate.

Installation is available only in New Jersey and follows our Service & Installation Terms.

 

5. Delivery Requirements

Please ensure:

  • A person 18+ years old is present at the time of delivery
  • The work area is ready (if installation is ordered)
  • Safe access is available to carry glass indoors

If delivery must be rescheduled due to access issues, an additional delivery fee may apply.

 

6. Delivery of Custom Glass

Custom tempered glass products are fabricated to order and cannot be reused by the supplier.
Once fabrication begins, delivery fees and deposits become non-refundable.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

All tempered glass and hardware must be inspected at delivery.

If you notice:

  • Visible damage
  • Wrong model or size
  • Missing hardware

Please notify the delivery technician immediately.
After delivery is completed, damage caused by handling, installation by others, or improper use is not covered.

 

8. No Shipping Outside New Jersey

We do not offer:

  • Nationwide shipping
  • International shipping
  • Third-party carrier shipping

All transactions must be delivered within NJ.
