1. Warranty

Important Note

If you have any doubts about sizing, slope, or suitability, we strongly recommend scheduling a free specialist visit before ordering. During this visit, we can:

  • Verify correct measurements
  • Check slope and installation conditions
  • Show glass samples and hardware options

Tile work must be fully completed before the visit to ensure accurate evaluation.

Installation Warranty (MyGlassStyle)

MyGlassStyle provides a 6-month Installation Service Warranty covering workmanship.
Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Glass breakage not caused by defect
  • Structural or tile issues
  • Incorrect pitch/slope
  • Scratches, chips, or wear from normal use

Manufacturer Warranty (Shower Door)

Shower doors include a Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty for the original residential purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Important notes about the manufacturer's warranty:

  • Applies to residential installations only
  • Commercial installations are limited to 5 years
  • Covers manufacturing defects only
  • Does not cover damage caused by shipping, installation, misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear
  • Labor, removal, reinstallation, and related costs are not covered by the manufacturer

Manufacturer warranty claims are handled through the installer using proof of purchase.

2. Custom Tempered Glass - No Returns, No Cancellation or Exchanges

All shower doors and tempered glass panels sold by MyGlassStyle are custom-made for each order.
Because custom glass cannot be reused or resold, all sales are final once production begins.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sliding Shower Door
  • Custom tempered glass
  • Shower doors cut or drilled to order
  • Any glass that has been installed, handled, or delivered

This is standard industry policy and compliant with NJ consumer regulations for custom-made products.

3. Installation Services

Installation is part of a custom project and is scheduled specifically for the custom product.

  • Installation services are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and production has begun.
  • If installation has been completed, no refunds are available.
  • If an installation-related issue is covered under our 6-Month Installation Service Warranty, MyGlassStyle will return and correct the issue at no additional cost.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery is completed.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or lack of access, a redelivery fee may apply.

4. Damaged or Defective Glass

All tempered glass is inspected at the factory and again at the time of delivery.

If damage or a defect is identified before installation, it must be reported immediately so it can be documented.

We will replace glass only if the issue is confirmed to be:

  • a manufacturer defect, or
  • damage identified prior to installation and unrelated to site conditions

Once installation begins, glass replacement is not available for damage caused by:

  • structural movement or tile issues
  • improper slope or substrate conditions
  • post-installation impact or misuse

If glass is damaged during delivery or installation performed by MyGlassStyle, the issue will be handled by us in accordance with our installation and insurance policies.
